Solving the Leadership Crisis
Quality leaders have become a rarity in our world.

Disconnected leaders experience limited effectivity, fail to produce other leaders, and often face burnout.
We believe that a leader's survival and growth depend on being connected and equipped.

Who we are
Don Riling
Founder | President | CEO
Don began his leadership training background as International Projects Director for Messenger International, an international service and relief organization based in San Jose, California. Under his leadership, MI mobilized 14,000 workers to 22 countries over a 15-year period.
Since then, Don has studied and practiced leadership development with executive leaders in multiple industries for over 40 years.
Today, Don focuses his energy on strategic leadership development for companies and associations, including executive coaching with senior leaders, enabling them to strengthen their skills, vision, and long-term strategic development for their organizations.
Josh Grant
Founder | EVP | COO
Josh has dedicated his life's work to the study and development of leaders. Since an early age, Josh has known that helping leaders would be part of his life's mission.

Josh served in his first leadership role as a foreman, and since then, has led in the industries of construction, retail, software & technology, higher education. An avid learner at heart, Josh has studied and practiced at the forefront of leadership development for the majority of the past two decades
​
Today, Josh continues as a practitioner and consultant in marketing, strategy, and leadership development. He devotes his energy to pioneering leadership development models for multiple industries.

Dr. John Hodgson
Founder | VP | Director
Dr. John Hodgson is an internationally renown interventional cardiologist, serving in numerous leadership positions at some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world. What's more, he has started several of his own companies, and deeply understands the importance of good leadership.
John has passion for developing leaders in all domains of society, including medicine. He serves on multiple boards of non-profit organizations, and continues as a thought leader on medical leadership across the country.
Dr. John is no stranger to the world of construction, having overseen multiple building projects for medical institutions and serving as the general contractor for several building projects.
